Shipping Policy
1. (Order Processing Time)
Commitment: All in-stock orders are typically reviewed and shipped within 1-3 business days.
Exception: No shipping on weekends and public holidays. During peak sales periods or inventory fluctuations, processing time may be extended; we will notify you via email.
2. (Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery)
To ensure the safety of precision optical instruments, we offer multiple logistics channels:
Standard Shipping: Estimated 10-20 business days (e.g., postal parcels, dedicated lines).
Expedited Shipping: Estimated 3-7 business days (e.g., FedEx, DHL, UPS).
Note: The above times are estimates; actual delivery time depends on customs clearance speed at the destination and local logistics efficiency.
3. (Shipping Rates)
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the checkout page based on package weight and destination.
4. (Customs, Duties & Taxes)
Buyer's Responsibility: The price and shipping costs displayed on the website do not include import duties, value-added tax (VAT), or customs fees of the destination country.
Cost Bearing: All additional taxes and fees incurred due to customs clearance are borne by the buyer (recipient).
Consequences of Refusal to Accept: If the package is returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs duties, the original shipping cost and costs incurred during the return process will be deducted from the refund.
5. (Tracking Information) After the package is dispatched, the system will automatically send an email containing a tracking number.
Users can check the real-time status at any time through our website's [Track Order] page or third-party tracking platforms.
6. (Special Items Restrictions)
Battery Declaration: According to the International Air Transport Association (IATA) regulations, some products containing lithium batteries (such as rangefinders and red dot sights) may require transportation through special battery channels, which may result in slightly slower delivery times than regular packages.
Sensitive Areas: Due to export restrictions in the destination country, some optical equipment may not be able to be delivered to certain areas. In such cases, we will contact you proactively and provide a full refund.
7. Lost or Damaged Items
Inspection Upon Receipt: Please check the packaging for damage before signing for the package. If you find severe damage to the outer packaging, we recommend taking photos as evidence and refusing to sign for it.
Claims: If the tracking information shows that the package has been signed for but you have not received the goods, please contact the local courier company and our customer service team within 7 days.
